Collage papers have been carefully applied and scraping tools have been dragged through thick colour to achieve a compelling surface finish in this dreamy abstract landscape. It’s rendered in a palette of mostly blues, greys and cream; small sections of chartreuse add a punchy contrast to the composition. It would look good in any room decorated in a similar colour scheme.
A soft blue grey was used to finish the sides of the panel to complement the composition. A would be a charming companion piece to Out of Earshot, also in this collection.
