Every effort has been made to photograph and represent artwork as accurately as possible with respect to size, medium used and colour. The image you see may be different due to variations in browsers, devices and screen settings and no responsibility can be taken for such inconsistencies. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and such variation will not be a valid reason for return.
Purchasing
Payments through this site are taken through PayPal or Stripe in Canadian dollars. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.
Payments that are invoiced to you, after a direct correspondence, are taken through Square in Canadian Dollars. We will send you an invoice directly through Square. We do not store any of your credit card details
Shipping
Please be aware that I am offering shipping to Canada, the USA and to the UK only at this time. However if you are outside of Canada, the USA or the UK, please contact me and I would be more than happy to give you a quote to send a painting internationally. Overseas and border-crossing shipments (outside Canada) may be subject to import duties, taxes and tariffs according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.
How is my payment handled?
Shipping costs are added at checkout based on the size of the work and your location. Currently I’m offering free shipping in Canada only. Shipping costs charged to you contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees and insurance.
Note: At the current time shipping costs are varying significantly, especially on air freight. If the actual cost of shipping is significantly more than quoted I reserve the right to discuss this with you and to refuse the sale.
I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my artwork?
Most orders will be packed and shipped within 10 working days. Pieces are sent by Canada Post, UPS or FedEx depending on the size and weight. If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements.
What about large or high value artworks?
I appreciate this is a high value purchase – and a piece of work that has been many hours in the making. It’s important for both of us to make sure it is transported safely. Some couriers have limits on dimensions or what they will carry so certain pieces have individual requirements. You will be notified with shipping details with each product you are interested in. We will provide you with an estimated shipping charge. We will then contact you via email to discuss specialist shipping options before the artwork is dispatched. According to the delivery service chosen, actual costs may be higher than the estimated cost shown.
Returns
What if it arrives and I don’t like it?
We want you to be fully happy with your new artwork so we offer a Buy-Back agreement.
If a piece is not as you expect, you have 7 days to contact us by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service by which it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned we will refund your payment within 14 days. Refund is for the cost of the art only and does not include the cost of shipping or PayPal, Stripe or Square fees.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days and if possible keep a photograph.
What about Overseas Returns?
At this time we are unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of Canada.
