While I hadn’t intended to paint a landscape, the strong horizontals of this painting suggest a misty locale in an abstract world.
An expanse of creamy white and grey contrasts with a seemingly solid ground of earthy greens. Just a hint of peachy pink and yellow green peek through the otherwise quiet palette. The sides of the deep wood panel are painted in a soft blue grey, echoing the colours in the painting. It would be a great addition to a living room or bedroom decorated in a similar colour scheme.
