There’s a sense of breaking loose and floating free in this dreamy space where hard edges have been softened. This abstract painting is soft and gentle in a palette of blues and greys with just the smallest hint of warm peachy pink and yellow green to enliven the composition.
The detailed surface has been created by layering paint and hand painted collage papers in a back and forth process. The deep sides of the panel have been painted and sealed in a soft grey to complement the tones of the artwork. It is ready to hang without a frame for a contemporary look.
